InfraGard Mississippi Members Alliance (“IMMA”) provides the infragard‑ms.org website (hereinafter referred to as the “System”, which includes, but is not limited to: the website www.infragard‑ms.org, email addresses with the infragard‑ms.org domain, and all tangible or virtual hardware or software used to support it) for informational and educational purposes only. Reference within the System to any specific commercial products, processes, or services by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise, does not constitute or imply endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by IMMA. The name “InfraGard,” a registered mark of the FBI, is closely regulated and shall only be used in strict accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) developed by the InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA) and the FBI.
Prohibited Activity
Abusive activity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting on or through the System any content that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, hateful, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Official Use Only
The System, user accounts, and any data stored on or retrieved from the System are the property of IMMA and are to be used only for official InfraGard Mississippi Members Alliance business. Use for personal, commercial, or other non-InfraGard activities is a violation of these Terms. Violators may have access revoked or terminated.
Lawful Use & Intellectual Property
The System shall be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, distribution, or storage of any information that violates U.S. or state laws, or infringes upon copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, is prohibited. IMMA administrators may remove such content. Users must maintain account confidentiality and report any compromise immediately.
Users shall not attempt to bypass authentication or security mechanisms, nor share passwords or accounts.
Disruption of service via scripts, programs, or messages is prohibited.
Violations of system or network security may result in criminal or civil liability. IMMA personnel will cooperate fully with law enforcement in investigating any suspected wrongdoing.
Use of the System may result in the automatic collection and storage of:
Browser type and operating system
Date and time of access
Session duration
User ID (email and system identifier)
Pages visited
This information may be shared with government and non-government entities. For security purposes and to maintain service availability, all network activity may be monitored by authorized personnel. Use of the System constitutes consent to such monitoring. Evidence of criminal activity may be shared with law enforcement. Unauthorized attempts to upload, modify, disrupt, or damage the System are prohibited and may result in prosecution.
IMMA is not responsible for content on external websites linked to or from the System. Users acknowledge that IMMA is not liable for any defamatory, offensive, misleading, or illegal content on third‑party sites. Inclusion of links does not imply endorsement and is provided solely for convenience. Users are responsible for evaluating external content.
All information on the System is provided for user convenience. While IMMA strives for accuracy, errors or omissions may occur. IMMA does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of content.
IMMA—including its officers, directors, and system administrators—is not liable for any damages arising from use of or reliance on this information. Contributors must ensure their content does not violate copyright, privacy, or other rights. Written permission must be obtained before sharing protected material. IMMA disclaims all liability resulting from violations or use of such content.
